JOIN the LIVE workouts every Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 5:00 am!

The workouts are full of variety, consisting of Full-body routines, ABS & Cardio, Glutes & ABS etc., predominantly utilizing bodyweight exercises of strength & cardio. We do also use 1 set of Dumbbells with some workouts, so have a set ready!

Workout times range from 10-30 minutes, intense & quick so you can fit them into your schedule!
​
All workouts are conveniently accessible on our platform, ensuring you can participate at your own convenience. Whether you miss a live session or simply wish to revisit a workout later, they'll be readily available for you to engage with anytime.

Extra BONUS LIVE sessions will also be done @ different times now & again! Keep your eyes peeled for these extra sessions popping up at all sorts of times. Notifications will be placed in the private group!

One set dumbbells & bench or chair & loop band is required for some workouts.
No contract.
Month to month auto renewing, until cancelled.
