HOW TO USE THESE WORKOUTS?
You can choose any workout from any section (Upper body; Glutes & Legs; Core strength & Abs) and do the workout on a specific day or choose 2 or 3 workouts and do all of them on a day. You can mix them up as you like. Just remember to give yourself enough rest between workouts for specific body parts, that they can recover.
Example 1:

Monday: WORKOUT 1 from Glutes and Legs

Tuesday: WORKOUT 1 from Upper body

Wednesday: WORKOUT 1 from Core strength and ABS

Thursday: WORKOUT 2 from Glutes and Legs

Friday: WORKOUT 2 from Upper body

Saturday: WORKOUT 2 from Core strength and Abs.

Continue with this sequence. When all workouts are done. You can start again.
Example 2: More advanced.
