Weekly Q&A Videos

I will do Q&A videos every Friday, depending on whether questions were received during the week.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have a question, please send it to me via email at info@marijkefitness.com before Tuesday at 6pm.

I will then answer the questions in a video, which will be posted on Friday.

Questions sent after Tuesday at 6 pm will only be answered in the following week’s Friday Q&A video.

This helps me give you valuable, thoughtful, and accurate feedback instead of rushed answers. If your question only needs a very short answer, I may reply to you directly via email.
