We will delve into diverse subjects, including Nutrition, Training, Mindset, and general life, providing a comprehensive approach to facilitate genuine personal growth throughout the year. Program includes: Daily Tasks to be completed. Nutrition advice & guidance Videos discussing various topics in-depth: Mindset, Goals, Nutrition, Meal Plans & Dieting, Macro calculations, Energy & Food environment, Training etc. Workout videos (Train with me)/ 1 Set of Dumbbells + Loop band will be beneficial.
